Found the perfect rental property? Here’s how to apply:
Rental Application & Holding Deposit
To submit a rental application, please follow these steps. All items must be submitted at one time to be considered a complete application packet. We will not process incomplete application packets.
- Each adult 18 years of age or older who will be occupying the property must submit an application packet and processing fee.
- To hold the requested property, we require a holding deposit of 25 percent the current marketed monthly rent.
- Application packets must be submitted in person.

What to bring to your appointment:
- Completed application
- Photo ID
- Supporting documents
- Processing fee (via cash or personal check)
- Holding deposit (via cashier’s check)
We process applications on a first-come, first-qualified basis. Once a complete rental application package is received, the property will be taken off the rental market and all other applicants will be turned away.
For this reason, we require a holding deposit of 25 percent of the current marketed monthly rent to be submitted with all application packets. The deposit will be applied to the first month’s rent upon approval of the application.
If we are unable to verify any of the information in the application within three business days, the application may be declined and the property placed back on the rental market. If the application is declined for any reason, the holding deposit will be refunded in full within five business days.
If the application is approved and the applicant fails to sign the rental agreement within two business days OR the applicant backs out for any reason, lost rental damages per the Holding Deposit Agreement will be deducted from the holding deposit. Please do not submit an application unless you are certain you want the property.
