With over two decades of real estate experience in the Sacramento Valley, Kyle Groves brings unmatched expertise and calm, strategic guidance to every client he serves. As Broker and co-owner of Grow Properties, Kyle leads the real estate sales division while supporting the company’s property management operations, making him a valuable partner for both homeowners and investors.

Kyle’s real estate journey began in 2004 in the mortgage industry, giving him a strong foundation in lending before transitioning into residential sales. In 2009, he earned his broker’s license and joined Lyon Real Estate–Downtown, quickly building a reputation for his hands-on, coaching-driven approach. By 2011, he opened his own independent brokerage in the Arden-Carmichael area, successfully guiding clients through both downturns and high-stakes markets.

Since joining Grow Properties in 2019 and becoming a co-owner in 2021, Kyle has remained focused on what he does best: helping clients make confident, informed decisions—whether they’re selling a family home, managing a trust sale, or pursuing a 1031 Exchange.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Kyle Groves has deep ties to the community he serves. A graduate of El Camino Fundamental High School and American River College football alum, Kyle went on to earn his B.A. in Organizational Communication with a minor in Business Administration from Sacramento State, an academic foundation that complements his client-focused, strategic approach to real estate.

Outside of real estate, Kyle is a devoted husband and proud father of three. Whether he’s traveling for soccer tournaments, supporting his daughter's high school cheer squad, or cheering on his son at local wrestling matches, he brings the same dedication to his family life that he brings to his clients. On weekends, you might also catch him staying active at Urban Flex Fitness or enjoying quality time with friends and loved ones.
